Our Story: From Humble Beginnings to a Trusted Community Leader
All Trade Services was founded in 2014 by Jake Pritchard, who brought over a decade of experience in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Jake’s vision quickly became a family effort, with his wife Chelsea joining to manage the growing business and his brothers Morgan and Tim bringing their expertise to lead the plumbing and HVAC departments.
With a shared commitment to excellence, the team expanded All Trade Services into the world-class company it is today, creating dozens of career opportunities in our small mountain community. In 2019, we established our permanent home in the heart of Mount Shasta—a reflection of our dedication to serving our neighbors with pride and integrity.
