Safety is at the the heart of our mission and drives every decision we make. While the evolving coronavirus situation has presented new challenges, we are well prepared to continue to respond with the best interests of our employees, customers and communities at the center of our decision making and processes.
We take great pride in the cleanliness and professionalism of our technicians, and know that is more important than ever right now. We are requiring ill team members to stay home to keep our team healthy. We have provided the office and every tech with disinfectant and cleaning supplies, masks and gloves, and we are doing everything else in our power so that we can be there to support you and your family when the need arises.
The services we provide have been deemed essential by the ACCA. “…contractors should be considered emergency service providers because they perform necessary, life-saving services on several components of our nation’s most critical infrastructure.” This means that we will be there, no matter what happens.
