On the last day of March, we’re wrapping up our Women’s History Month series by introducing the newest woman on our team: Bailey!
Bailey grew up in McCloud and Mount Shasta and joined All Trade Services in August of 2024. As a dispatcher and customer service representative, she’s often the first voice our customers hear—and the steady presence keeping schedules, calls, and daily operations flowing smoothly.
With a calm, positive attitude and a genuine care for people, Bailey has quickly become an essential part of the office. Whether she’s coordinating appointments or juggling a full call board, she does it all with a smile.
When asked about her favorite part of the job, Bailey says, “Getting to work with amazing people daily!”—and the feeling is mutual. She brings warmth, reliability, and a fresh energy to the team that we’re so grateful for.
When it comes to inspiration, Bailey looks to her mom:
“She inspires me because she is always there no matter what. Her strength, kindness, and the way she handles challenging situations really motivates me to become a better person.”
