March is Women’s History Month—a time to celebrate the contributions, strength, and stories of women past and present. At All Trade Services, the women on our team are essential to everything we do. From the field to the office, they bring skill, perspective, leadership, and heart to the work we’re proud to stand behind.
This month, we’re excited to spotlight a few of the incredible women who help make our company what it is.
Meet Chelsea, one of the powerhouse women behind the scenes at All Trade Services.
She grew up in Dunsmuir and, after college at Sonoma State, found her way back to Mount Shasta—eventually becoming one of the earliest (and unofficial!) contributors to All Trade Services when the company launched in 2014. Officially, she’s been on the team since 2017.
What does a typical day look like for Chelsea? Think of it like a layered cake: bookkeeping forms the base, followed by generous layers of payroll, paperwork, and HR tasks. Financial reporting, budgeting, and tax planning make up the frosting—and meetings are the sprinkles on top.
When asked about her favorite part of the job, she doesn’t hesitate: “Hands down, the people. Everyone brings something unique to the table. They’re smart, driven, and genuinely funny. It makes coming to work super fun.”
Her inspiration? The women closest to her—her mom, sisters, and friends. And also Dolly Parton, for her wit, heart, and authenticity.
Something most people don’t know? Chelsea’s a traveler at heart. From living in Fiji as a kid, to an exchange program in France, to a recent solo trip to Vietnam—she’s always ready to explore new places and perspectives.
