Women of All Trade: Meet Jamie!

We’re continuing our Women’s History Month series by spotlighting the incredible women who help drive All Trade Services forward—on the job and behind the scenes.

Meet Jamie, our Dispatch Manager—and one of the absolute cornerstones of the team.

Jamie grew up in Hammond Ranch and went to school in Mount Shasta. She joined All Trade Services in May of 2021 and quickly became someone everyone counts on. Whether it’s coordinating across teams, supporting management, or stepping in wherever needed, Jamie is always on the move—solving problems, offering guidance, and keeping things running smoothly.

“No one day is ever the same,” she says. “But I’m really grateful to be relied upon to make decisions and to coach other staff members.” That’s exactly why we think of her as the force that keeps the heart of our office beating.

Her favorite part of the job? “The team I work with and getting to help people.” Simple—and so true to who she is.

When it comes to women who inspire her, Jamie says: “There are SOOO many but I would say Amanda Gorman, who wrote and recited ‘The Hill We Climb’ at the 2021 inauguration at just 22 years old. My mom (another amazing woman) introduced me to her poetry and I can’t get enough!”

Pictured here with Allie Mae—the beloved office dog and honorary morale officer—Jamie brings compassion, leadership, and grit to everything she does. We’re lucky to have her at the center of it all.
