All Trade Services Announces Acquisition of Cross Petroleum’s Heating Division

Mount Shasta, CA, Release:  May 17, 2021.  For Immediate Release

All Trade Services & Cross Petroleum/Valley Pacific Petroleum have partnered to better serve Siskiyou County. All Trade Services will be taking on the sales and service of Toyotomi and Monitor kerosene heating systems from Cross Petroleum and remains committed to providing the same level of quality and customer service customers have come to expect.

All Trade Services has retained Cross Petroleum’s factory-trained technicians and dispatch employees, and will provide installation, sales, and service for your Toyotomi & Monitor needs in Siskiyou County.

Cross Petroleum, in its third generation of family operation, was recently acquired by Valley Pacific Petroleum Services, who will not be retaining Cross Petroleum’s heating division. Established in 1961 by Royal & Gladys Cross in Far Northern California on the slopes of Mt. Shasta, Cross Petroleum operates 6 fully staffed facilities in addition to their Corporate office in Redding. In addition, they have 8 card-lock facilities within the same marketing area.

In 2014, Jake Pritchard started All Trade Services out of his garage with a $1,500 truck and an ambitious vision for more. After a year, Jake was able to move both brothers to Mount Shasta to help run the company.  Since then, All Trade Services has grown to employ 20+ motivated people who, together, have helped the company reach new levels of success.

“We are beyond thrilled to expand our offerings” says Jake Pritchard, founder and CEO of All Trade Services. “Now, one call will give customers access to Toyotomi and Monitor services in addition to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration and construction. From start to finish, All Trade Services is the place to go for professionally performed residential and commercial services.  We look forward to working with Cross Petroleum’s customers, and aim to achieve a seamless transition”.
